Workshop & Conference Fees

1. Authors need to pay the fees BEFORE 15 September 2024 for their papers to be included in the proceeding.

Payment Procedures

Payment can be made through:

1. Online Payment via Credit Card / Internet Banking / FPX

1. Browse http://e-com.uum.edu.my/bend/paymode.jsp or scan the QR Code above
2. Follow all required steps as instructed.
3. Note: for 'payment for' choose ‘other payment’  
4. Note: for 'description': key in 'QRC 2024'
5. Please print and keep the notification of payment made as proof of payment. Please scan and email the proof of payment to the secretariat (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) as soon as possible. You also need to bring the original payment slip during the registration. You must show the proof of payment to the secretariat on the registration day of the conference/ workshop/ colloquium. Please do so to ensure your name is listed as a presenter/participant.

2. Bank Transfer

Please write a remark “REGISTRATION FEE FOR QRC 2024”

Please forward a scanned copy of the Bank Transfer receipt to the QRC Secretariat (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)or by fax to +604 9287216 for us to verify the transaction. Please write down the participant's name, transfer date and time, and country and city of origin. 

Cancellation Policy

Conference registrants canceling their registration on or before 15 September 2024 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a USD85 administrative fee. 

So that you know, no refunds will be given after 15 September 2024.
