Workshop & Conference Fees

1. Authors need to pay the fees BEFORE 30 October 2022 in order for their papers to be included in the proceeding.

Payment Procedures

Payment can be made through:

1. Online Payment via Credit Card / Internet Banking / FPX

1. Browse http://e-com.uum.edu.my/bend/paymode.jsp
2. Follow all required steps as instructed.
3. Note : for 'payment for' choose ‘other payment’  
4. Note : for 'description' : key in 'QRC 2022'
5. Please print and keep the notification of payment made as proof of payment. Scan and email the proof of payment as soon as possible to the secretariat (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). You also need to bring the original payment slip during the registration. You are required to show the proof of payment to the secretariat on the registration day of the conference/ workshop/ colloquium Failure to do so will result in your name being not listed as presenter/ participants.

2. Bank Transfer

Please write a remark “REGISTRATION FEE FOR QRC 2022”

Please forward a scanned copy of the Bank Transfer receipt to QRC Secretariat (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)or by fax to +604 9287216 for us to verify the transaction. Please kindly write down the participant's name, date and time of the transfer and country and city of origin. 

Cancellation Policy

Conference registrants cancelling their registration on or before 30 October 2022 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a USD85 administrative fee. 

Please note: No refunds will be given after 30 October 2022.
